Refund and Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of our apparel, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. At wearzaxcom, we want to make the return process as simple and transparent as possible.
1. Our 30-Day Return Window
Our policy is straightforward: you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Reason for Return)
We want you to love what you bought. We accept returns for most apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Tank Tops) for the following reasons:

Damaged or Defective Products: You received an item that is misprinted, torn, or otherwise defective.

Incorrect Item: We sent you the wrong size, color, or design by mistake.

Buyer’s Remorse: You changed your mind, or you ordered the wrong size.
3. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original, new condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with any original tags attached.
4. How to Return or Exchange an Item

In your email, you must include your Order Number and the Reason for Return. (A photograph is required if the item is damaged or incorrect).

Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions and the return shipping address. All returns must be sent by mail.
5. Return Shipping Costs (Please Read Carefully)
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

If It’s Our Error: If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item, we will cover 100% of the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

If It’s Your Choice: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or because you ordered the wrong size, you, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
6. Refunds & Processing Time

Refund Time: Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Method: Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note, original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
7. Restocking Fee
We believe in fair, transparent service. We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
8. Exchange Policy
The fastest and most efficient way to get a different size or design is to place a new order for the item you want, and, in parallel, follow the steps above to return the original item for a full refund.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations (Time-Sensitive)
Because our T-shirts are custom-printed on demand, time is critical.

You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request a change or cancellation.

After 12 hours, your order is automatically sent to our production partner to begin the custom printing process, and we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

10. Special Conditions

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for a refund.

Refused / Undeliverable Packages: Packages that are refused by the recipient or returned to us as undeliverable will be processed as a return. The customer will be refunded for the product cost, minus the original shipping fee.

Lost, Stolen, or “Delivered” but Not Received: Once the carrier’s tracking (e.g., USPS, UPS) confirms a package as “Delivered” to your address, wearzaxcom is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
