Thank you for shopping at wearzaxcom. This policy details our complete shipping process so you know exactly what to expect. We ship exclusively within the United States.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment (Our POD Model)

As a print-on-demand brand, we want to be transparent: we do not keep pre-made stock. Your T-Shirt, Hoodie, or Tank Top is custom-printed for you only after your order is placed.

This entire “Order Processing Time” includes printing, quality control, and packaging.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

  • Operating Hours: We process orders from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: To ensure your order is processed within this timeframe, please place it by 06:00 PM (PT), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Total Delivery Estimate

  • Shipping Time: Once your order has been fulfilled and packaged, it is shipped via our carrier partners. Please allow 6 to 8 business days for shipping.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Please note that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer than the standard 6-8 days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: To get a complete estimate of when you’ll receive your order, please add our processing time to our shipping time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (2-4 business days) + Shipping Time (6-8 business days). Therefore, you can typically expect your order to arrive at your door within 8 to 12 business days.

3. Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

    • Orders over $199 receive Free Shipping.

    • Orders under $199 will be charged a flat rate of $7.99.

  • Carriers: We partner with major, reliable carriers to fulfill your orders, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The specific carrier will be chosen by our fulfillment partner to ensure the most efficient delivery.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping Areas & Restrictions

  • Shipping Area: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

6. Taxes & Other Fees

  • Taxes: Sales tax is not included in our prices. Sales tax will be calculated and added to your total at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by law.

  • Handling Charges: We do not charge any additional handling fees. The shipping fee ($7.99 or free) is the only charge applied besides the product cost and applicable taxes.

7. Order Issues

  • Address Changes & Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to change an address. We cannot make changes once the order has been shipped.

  • Damaged or Lost Items: If you receive a damaged item, or if your item is lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).

  • Issue Resolution Time: We are committed to resolving all delivery-related issues. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to investigate and resolve your case.

  • Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items: In the rare event an item is out of stock (e.g., a specific T-shirt color/size), we will contact you immediately via email to offer you a substitution or a full refund.

  • Delays Outside Our Control: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
